~RW. Ag~ the City of Bremer~on~ a municipal corporation,
ized and existing under ar~t~ by virtue of the laws of the State of
Washington did on or about February 17, 19~3, enter into a contract
with ~i. ~oschetto, General Contractor, of Seattle, Washington, for
certain work to be performed, said work being designated in the
contract as Project 45-172 N; and
WHEREAS, following the ~ll and final payment for said work it
was discovered that the City of Bremerton, through a mistake, had
overpaid I,L I?~oschetto upon a claim presented by ~,Io ~Jioschetto for
sales tax on the entire contract, whereas, only a portion of it
was subject to sales tax; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bren~rton has been
offered the sum of $1047.10 in ~ll settlement of said overpayment,
now, therefore;
HE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council, acting for th~ City of Bremerton, does
hereby instruct the ~.~Iayor and the City Clerk, with the aid and
assistance of the City Attornsy to accep$ said $1047.10 as full
settlement of the overpayment set forth above and to execute the
necessary paper or papers releasing the said I~f. 5ioschetto from any
further claim for overpayment of sales tax on that contract desig-
nated as Project 45-172 No
PASS'ED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the ~iayor, and attested by the City 01erk of the City of
Bremerton, in authentication of such passage this ~th day of

Seattle, Washington, for certain work designated in said contract
as Project ~5-172N; and
IVHEREAS, following the full and final payment for the same it
was discovered that the City of Bremerton, through mistake had
overpaid ~i. I~.~osehetto by paying sales tax on the entire contract
v~nereas Only a portion of it was subject to sales tas, and
WHEREAS, the duly elected Council of the City off Bremerton has
by Resolution dated October ..~. , 1946, authorized 'b~hel; full
settlement of this claim for a stm~ in the amount of (~104?ol0;
NO~, TP~REFORE, the City of Bremerton, in consideration of
