for use by the Sanitation Department, and the owners of said real
property, James ~. Skirving and Eileen I.~. Skirving, his wife, are
willing to sell the said property, and the City of ~remerton is
desirous of purchasing the same for $ %7~'O~
of Which $2500.00 is to be paid during the year 1946, out of
funds available in the 1946 official budget of the City of Srem-
erton, and the b-lance is to be paid during the month of January,
1947, out of funds to be provided therefor in the official budget
of the City cf ~remerton for the year 1947; now therefore,
BE. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton;
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authoriz-
ed and directed To enter into a real estate contract on behalf
of the City of Sremerton as purchaser, with the said James E.
Skirving and Eileen I~. Skirving, his wife, as sellers, for the
purchase of the following described real property;
The SW~ NE~ of Section ~0, 'lhrp. 24 N., Range 1 E. ~. ~.,
Kitsap County, Washington
'it~e said contract to be prepared by the City Attorney and to pro-
vide for the purchase of the real property at the purchase price
above stated, with a down payment of $2500.00 to be paid on the
furnishing of purchaser's policy of title insurance showing good,
merchantable title, and the balance to be paid on or before
~'ebruary 1, 1947, without interest.
