~HEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that C. ~. Phifer, 109
~~rive, Bremerton, Washington, remove an overhead foot bridge ~
L~er Shore Drive in Bremerton, ~ashi~ton, and that a temporary
easer~nt be granted said Phifer to use two feet of Lower Shore Drive
along the I¢ortheasterly end of his house at the above address for a
stairway, upon the removal of said overhead foot ~ridge, now there-
fore ~
~E IT ~ESOLYED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
that c. ~.i. Phifer be, end he is hereby requested to remove the over-
head passageway above referred to; be it further
~ESOLVED, that in the event the said C. N. Phifer removes said
passageway, he shell be, and is hereby granted a tmuporary easement~
to be ter~tnated whenever it shall be detei~.,,ined by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton that the full width of Lower Shore Drive
is necessary for use as a street or for the public convenience,
over e~d across two feet of Lower Shore Drive along the Northeaster-
ly end of the house of said C. i~. Phifer for the purpose of install-
lng a stairway.
PASSED by the City Council of the city of Bremerton, signed by
the Nmyor, and attested by the uity Clerk in authentication of such
p~ssage, this ~ d~y of September, 19~8.
