by deed from Kitsap County at tax foreclosure sale , and
'mY~ERm~AS, said property was thereafter sola to George G.
Grabow and Marietta ~I.Grabow, ~is wife, ~n t~e manner provided
by law, and in the deed to said Grabow and wife, said property was
described as the North 63.54 fleet oZ' the East 129.5 I'eet of
Lot ~, Bloc~ 4, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts, Kitsap County, V~ashington,
and
U~VHEREAS, the saia property should have been conveyed by the
legal description 0y whmch the City acquired the sai~ property,
excepting E0 feet ~'or Elizabeth Avenue, and
~.~'~IEREAS, B~an re. ClarE and Marie M.Clark, his wife, are now
the successors in interest to George D.Grabow and ~larietta ~.Grabow,
bin wife, and by reason of the o~fference of description in the
original deed from the City of Bremerton to said Grabow and wife,
an error of 2.5 feet exists, leaving said property still owed by the
City of Bremerton, which was not intended and which property is
useless to the City of Bremerton, being in the center of a block
with dwellings on each side,
NOW THU.'REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ymyor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit
claim deed to ~ E.Clark and ~larie [~.Clark, his wife, for the
following described real property:
Northeast quarter of Tract ~, Block 4, excepting the
East 20 feet thereof, Warren Smith's Acre Tracta,
Kitsap County, ~fashington~
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to deliver said
deed to said Clark and wife.
