WHEREAS, Henry Wischoefer and.~Elmer W.. Madsen have unde~taken~the ,construction
of dwellings on that certain propertyLplatted, as Wischoe£er's. Addition to the City of
Bremer ton, and
WHEREAS, said area is within the city limits but is not served with water
mains and said Henry ~ischoefer and Elmer W. Madsen are desirous of installing mains
and. apRurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is desirous of extending its water system to
include said area, and an agreement has been proposed and agreed upon between the
Superintendent of the Water Department of the City of Bremerto~,.a~d Henry Wischoefer
and Elmer W. Madsen, and said agreement is to the best interests of the City of
Bremerton, now therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, ~hat the proposed agreement tentatively agreed upon between
the Superintendent of the Water,Department or. the City oI' Breme~ton and Henry Wischoefer
and~Elm~r~W~ Madsen; a!.copy~of~wht~h ~siattached,~hereto,'be ~n~"the same,ts hereby
ratified and confirmed and the Commissioner of Public Utilities is hereby authorized~
to sign s~id'~Agreement,£or and on!behalfof~the~city of~Bremerton~
