BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton t~t the City Clerk
is authorized md directed to have prepared the necessary apparatus and equipment so that
the facsimile signatures of Mayor L. "H~" Kean md City Clerk E. Jennings Beard may be
impressed upon warrants oi' the City of Bremerton, md that such apparatus and equip-
ment s~ll be kept under the sole Jurisdiction Md care of the City Clerk md that when
warrants, checks, bonds or other evidences of indebtedness of the City of Bremerton
shall have been impressed with the facsimile signat~es of the said Mayor md said City
Clerk, the City Treasurer shall be md he is Sa~eby authorized, begi~ing as of J~e 15,
1946, to honor md pay such watt. ts or other evidences o~ Indebte~ess.
BE IT F~TH~ RESOLVED that an ~pression oi' facsimile signatures ~ be issued
~der the jurisdiction of the City Clerk, p~suant to this resolution, Shall be impressed
on the original of this resolution md that impressions of said facsimi[e'signatures,
together with certified copy of this resolution, shall be delivered ~ the City Treasurer
and to all b~king institutions with w~ch the City of Bremerton is ~ing business.
PASSED by the City Co~cil oI' the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
tested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 24th day of July, 194~.
