delinqu~t assess~nts assessed aga~st thd said re~l property, and

su~t to resolution No.523, passed ~n the ~6th day of ~e,1946, by
the Oity Co.oil of the City of Bremerton, did offfer said real prmpe~y
E.Ford, his wife, ~'ere the highest bidders for the said property, havin~
bid the s~ of ~VSO0.O0 cash, now therefore
BE IT R~SOL~ by the Olty Oounoil of ~e City of Bremerton
that the M~or ~d City Clerk thereof be and ~ey are hereby authorized
and directed to sell said above described p~perty to W.H.Ford and
Esther ~,Ford, bls wife, for the total cash prioe of $7600.~, ~d to
execute a de~ in the na~ ~f the City of Br~erten, in favor of W.H.
