is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing uoon said
assessment roll; and,
BE i'T FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said
hearing to all persons who r%ay desire to object to such assesment
roll to rmke such objections in writing and file the sa~-~e with the
Cit?f Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the dif'ferent
proserties whose naz%e aopears upon said assessment roll, by mailing
a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days before the date herein
set for such hearing to such ov~aer or reputed owner at the address
of such ovmer as sh~,~n, on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for
the property described on said list mhd shall further give notice of
such hearin~ by publishing such notice at least five (51 times in
the official newsoaper, the last publication of which shall be at
least fifteen (15i days prior to the date heroin fixed for said
hearing. The above-mentioned i'n~rove-~ents include ei.~ ~
tel'ether with the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith.
