WHEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State oI' ~ashing~on, ~'oreclosed for general taxes
on the following described real property in Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
Lots 4-5-6-7-8 and the North 10 feet of Lot 9 Block 16 Charleston
Minimum price $6,500.00
and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax foreclosure
sale, an~ at the time o~' said sale there were delinquent assessments against said real
property payable to local improvement district or districts in tSe City oI~ Bremerton and
said City paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by law provided, and now has a Treasurer's
Deed to said property, and the City of Bremerton is desirous of sailing said property,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, THAT the City
Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby ~irected to sell the property hereinbefore des-
cribed at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the said City Treasurer is hereby
directed to publish a notice of sale of said property in a legal newspaper published and
of general circulation in the City of Bremerton in three consecutive issues of such news-
paper, which said notice shall set forth the real property to be sold, hereinbefore des-
cribed, together with the time and place of said sale, which shall be between the hours of
9 o,clock a.m., and 4 o,clock p.m. on a Gate to be fixed by the said City Treasurer, at
the front door oI' the City Hall in the City of Bremerton, Washington; and said notice shall
further set forth that the said sale may be adjourned from day to nay by said City Tres-
surer by public announcement, made by said City Treasurer, at the time and place designated
in the notice of public sale or at the time and place at which said sale may be adJour~ed.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and
a~tested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 28th day of June 19A~.
