~EAS, a Na~ tug, identi£ied as YTM 7, d~ing the year 1945, caused certain
d~age to the Second Street dock belonging to the City of Bremerton, ~d
WH~EAS, thereafter, negotiations were carried on between the City of Bremerton
and the United States Navy Depar~ent, to the end that the d~age caused by Navy
tug ~M 7, was fully repaired, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Bremerton does hereby fully and completely
release the United States Navy Department ~d the United States of ~erica f~m my
and all claims which the City of Bremerton mi~t have in connection with said ~mage
to the Second Street dock in the Oity of Bremerton, for the reason that said dock has
been fully and completely repaired and restored.
PASSED unanimously by the City Co~cil, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication thereof, this 1st day of May, 1948.
