WHERRA.~, Howard L. Schwartz, Arthur R. Bierer and Lyle A. Bede,
lessees under the ter~_ of the lease wherein the City of Bremerton
is lessor, dated on or about the /~.~y of December, 1945,
have requested that said lease be amended by granting to the
lessees the right to remove a certain electric hoist and certain
electric equipmemt, and the City Attorney having prepare~d, pursuant
to the directions of the City Council, an amendment to the said
lease, granting the said permission, and it appearing to the Olty
Council that the said permissiom should be granted, and that the
amendment to the lease should be signed.
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and the City 01erk be and they are
authorized 1~ sign the amendment to said lease as prepared by the
City Attorney.
PASSED by the Git~ Council of the City of Rremerton, signed by
the Mayor and City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
