Company, has applied to the City of Bremerton for a permit to
install a telephone on an iron pipe near the curb in the
vicinity of Pacific Avenue and Burwell Street in the taxicab
zone on Burwell Street, designated as a taxicab zone for the
Arrow Cab Company, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton
has found that such installation will not interfere with the
use of the public streets, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED ~hat Ja~s DeWitte, doing business as
Arrow Cab Company, be and he is hereby authorized to cause
the Pacific Tel.& Tel.Co., to install a telephone on the
sidewalk on the south side of Burwell Street near Pacific
Avenue in the Arrow Cab zone,~which telephone shall be attached
to a ~ standard and which telephone shall be equipped
with a light and not a bell.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said James DeWitte be
authorized to take whatever steps are necessary for the installa-
tion of said telephone, providing the City of Bremerton is held
harmless and reimbursed for any expenses which may be incurred
in connection with the said installation, and for the maintenance
of said telephone.
PASSED by the City Council of ohe City of Br®merton,
signed by the Mayor, and~ttested by the City Clerk in authentica-
