ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO THE CITY OF BREMERTON
TO CERTAIN PROP~d~TY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THAT HOUSING P~OJECT KNOI~ AS ANDERSON
COVE, FOR STREET,ROADWAY, AND SIDEWALK PURPOSES
THE CITY OF BREMERTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION I
That the easement from the United States of America to the City of Bremerton
for streets, roadways, and sidewalks, executed on the 28th day of Decembe~ 19A5,
to the following-described real property in Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
to-wit:
All of the areas designated.and shown in roads, boulevards, drives, streets,
avenues, and ways, otherwise described as Houston Avenue, Bloomington Avenue,
Olympic Avenue, and Anderson Street, the courses and distances of said streets,
roads, drives, avsnues, and ways being shown on Exhibit "A", which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, all lying within the following-described tract:
A part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 24 North, Range I East, W.M., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument at the intersection of the south margin of 19th
Street and the center of Naval Avenue; thence south 89° 53, 32" west, 1041.79
feet along the south margin of 19th Street; thence south 0° lA, 30" east along
the east margin of Rainier Avenue Extended, 954.04 feet; thence north 89° $8'
30" east, 712.07 feet;thence north 0° 17' lC" west, 289.18 feet; thence north
89° 56, Ol" east 330.82 feet to the c enter of Naval Avenue; thence no~th 0° 18,
O0~' west, 66.12 feet along the center of Naval Avenue to the point of beginning;
containing a reservation to the grantor, its successors, and assigns for the laying,
maintaining, and repairing of water main and other utility installations over, on,
or under the above-described areas and adjacent thereto, which areas are indicated
on Uhe map entitled Exhibit "A" attached to said dee~, a duplicate print of which
map is attached hereto andmade a part hereof, be an6 the same is hereby accepted.
SECTION II
That the various streets, boulevards, avenues, roads, and drives referred to
in Section I of this resolution - namely, Houston Avenue, Bloomington Avenue,
Olympic Avenue, and Anderson Street - be and the same are hereby laid off, opene%
extended and established over ~nd across the lands in that area described in Section
I herein, in the courses and distances shown on said map, and the reservation
of the Grantor, its successors, and assigns is likewise hereby established in
accordance with the courses and distances therein.

January, 19A6.
