ACCEPT!N~ AN EAS~gENT FROM T!IE ~!TED STATES OF AMERICA TO THE
CI'~Y OF BR~EM~RTON TO CERTAIN PROPERTY 7gTHIN THE LIMITS OF THAT
ROUSING PROJECT KNOWN AS SINCLAIR PARK, FOR STREET, ROADWAY, AND
SIDEWALK FURPOSES
THE CITY OF BREMERTON HEREBY RESOLVES:
SECTION I
That the easement From the United States of America to the City of Bremerton
for streets, roadways, and sidewalks, executed on the 28th day of December,
1945, to the following-described real property in Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington, to-wit:
All of the areas designated and shown in roads, bou~vards, drives, streets,
avenues, and ways otherwise described as Latona Street, Linden Street, Union
Avenue, Dawson Street, and Dexter Street, the courses and distances of sai5
streets, roads, drives, avenues, and ways being shown on Exhibit "A", vhich is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, all lying within the Following-described
tract:
A part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter and the northeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 24 North, Range i East,
W.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner
of said southeast quarter of the northeast quarter; thence north 89° 47' O?'t
east 165.32 feet; thence south 0° 34,17't west 635.90 feet; thence south 14o
$2' 12" east 61.91 feet; thence north 89° 4?' 21" east 151.30 feet; thence south
0° 34' 22" west 635.90 feet; thence south 89° 47' 26" west 134.81 feet; thence
along the easterly margin of the FPHA Access Road south 12° 38' 18'~ west 276.36
Feet to the P.C. of a curve to the right whose radius is ?92.65 feet and consuming
a central angle of lO° 46' 31", for a distance of 149.07 feet to the north line
of Block O5,of 01e Hanson's Nsvy Yard Addition; thence continuing into said Block
25 on sai~ curve consuming a ~entral angle of 13° 40' 29" a distance of 18V.VS~fee.t
thence on tangent south 37o 05, 18" west 6.21 feet to the west line of Lot 6 o~'
Block 25; thence north 0° 34~ 22" east 171.30 feet along the west line of said
Block 25 to the northwest corner of s aid Block 25; thence north 89° 47' 26'" east
31.14 feet along the north llne of said Block 25 to intersect the west margin of
the aforementioned Access Road; thence around a curve to the ]~ft on said west margi
~ose radius is 732.65 feet and consuming a central angle of 12° $0' 40" for a
distance of 164.25 feet to the P.C. of said curve; thence on tangent north 12°
38, 18" east 262.72 feet;thence south 89° 47' 26" west 138.13 feet to the southwest
corner of the above-mentioned southeast quarter of the northeast quarter; thence
north 0° 34, 22'~ east 1331.76 feet to the point of beginning;
Also, the west one-half of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 24 North,
Range I East, W.M.,
containing a reservation to the Grantor, its successors, and assigns for the laying
mair~taining, and repairing of water main and other utility installations over, on,
or under the above-described areas and adjacent thereto, ~hichareas are indicated
on the map entitle d Exhibit "A" attached to said deed, a duplicate print of vhich
map is attached hereto and made s part hereof, be and the same is hereby accepted.
SECTION II
That the various streets, boulevards, avenues,roads, and drives referred to in
Section I of this resolution - nsmely, Latona Street, Linden Street, Union Avenue,
Dawson Street, and Dexter Street, including sidewalks - be and the same are hereby
laid off, opened, extended, and established over and across the lands in that area
described in Section I herein, in the courses and distances shown on said map, and
the reservation of the Grantor, its successors, and assigns is likewise hereby esta
blished in accordance with the courses and distances therein.
