ownership of the follow~E property in Kitsap County, Washington,
to-wit:
Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 Block "D"
Oyster Bay Addition to the City of
Bremerton according to the official
plat thereof
and,
~VHEREAS, a portion of said lands have been dedicated by the
city f or street purposes and the remainder of such Lands are not
required by the city for any municipal purposes, and it appears
advisable to dispose of said property; and
~THEREAS, the City of Bremerton has received an offer from
Charles C. Cumbo of $100.00 in payment of the purchase price of
the lands first hereinafter described and an offer of $26§.00
from B. A. Fantz and Pearl D. F~ntz, his wife, in p~m~nt of the
purchase price for the parcel hereinafter secondly described,
and it appears to the council that the reasonable value of said
premises are in the amounts hereinabove stated; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the following real estate in Kitsap County, Washington, to-
wit:
That part of Lots 19 and 20 and the South one-half
of LOt 18, Block "D",0yster Bay Addition to the
City of Bremerton, Kitsap County,Washington,EXCEPT
the Westerly portions of same now dedicated for street
purposes,more particularly described asfollows:
Beginning at a point S 89°04'03" E 134.?0 feet and
N 01°21'49'' E 30.00 feet from the center lines of
Sixth Street and Adele Avenue, said point being the
Southeast corner of Lot 20, Block "D", said Oyster
Bay Addition; thence N 01°21'49" E 75.08 feet;thence
N 89005'35" W 54.95 feet;thence S 35000'35'' E 92.6?
feet to the point of beginning,
be sold to Charles C. Cumbo, a single person, a~d that the Nayor
and City ~lerk be authorized to execute a quit claim deed in his
favor and deliver same upon receipt by the City Treasurer of

cash in the amount of $100 . 00 ; and
BE IT FURTHER RESODVED that the following real estate in
Kitsap County, ~Vashington, to-wit:
That part of Lots l~ and 17 md the North one-half
of Lot 18, B~ck "D", Oyster Bay Addition to the
City of Bremerto n, Kitsap County, ~¥ashington, EXCEPT
the ~esterly portion of same as now dedicated for
street purposes, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point S 89004'03" E 134.70 feet and
N 01°21,49" E 180.15 feet from the centerlines of
Sixth Street and Adele Avenue, said point being the
Northeast corner of Lot 18, Block "D", said Oyster
Bay Addition; thence N 89o07,08" W 109.91 feet to
the East margin of Adele Avenue; thence S ~5°00'~5"
E 92.87 feet; thence S 89°05'~8'' E 54.95 feet; thence
N 01°21,49,, E 75.07 feet to the true point of beginning,
be sold to B. A. and Pearl D. Fantz,his wife, and that the Nayor
and City C~e rk be authorized to execute a quit claim deed in
their favor and deliver same upon receipt by the City Treasurer
of $288.00 cash.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerto~,
signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City~lerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 15th day of December, 1~48.
