~S, by quit clam deed dated J~e 27, 1946, the
United States of ~erica did remise, release md forever quit
claim to the Ci~ of Bremerton all of the gr~tor's right,
title ~d interest in and to an easement over the following
described property in Kitsap Co~ty, State of ~ashington, to-
~ts 30 to 33 inclusive, Block 30,U.S.Navy
Yard Addition to Bremert~ as recorded in
Vol~e 3 of Plats, p~e 63, records of said
county
which deed is recorded in Vol~e 417 of Deeds, page ~16,file
No. 433761; ~d
~EREAS, the City of Bremerton desires to obtain ~other
easement over and across said ~emises and ~n exchange for said
easement to relinquish the easement grated by the ~vernment;
now,therefore
BE IT REBOLV~ by the City Co~cil of the City of Brem-
erton that the mayor ~d city clerk be ~thorized to execute and
deliver to Anna ~ders~ as grantee, the easement heretofore
acquired from the goveE~ment by the Cityof Bremerton and more
particularly hereinabove described.
Passed by the City Co~cil of ~e City of Br~erton,
si~ed by the M~or and attested ~ the clerk in authentication
of such passage this~ day of December, 19~$.
