~VHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation of
the State of ~;ashington, is the owner of the ~llowing real
pr~erty in Kitsap County, State of washington, to-wit:
Lot 24 Louden's Rainier View Ad-
dition to Bremerton
and,
WH.~REAS the City Gouncil of the City of Bmmerton is of the
opi$ion that a portion of said real property should be dedicated
for use by the general public as a street;now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremert~
that the ~llowi~g l~ ds in Kitsap County, to-wit:
Lot 24 Louden's Rainier View Ad-
dition to Bremerton, except the
East 6.10 feet and the west 3.90
feet, according to the official
plat thereof
be and the same are hereby dedic~ ed for street purposes; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City CLerk be authorized and
directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
County auditor for Kitsap County for recording.
Passed by the City ~ouncil of the City of Bremer~ n, signed
by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in ~thentication of
such passage this ~day of October, 1948.
