WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of
the City of Bremerton a petition requesting that a portion of
State Highway No. Yl more ~mrticularly described as follows:to-
wit:
Section 18, Township 24 North,Range i East, W.M.,
Kitsap County, state of Washington, more particu-
larly described as follows: Beginning at a point
which is 1774.05 feet NOrth and 828.49 feet East
of the Southwest corner of said SectionlS, said
point being on the NOrth right-of-way line of
State Highway No.~l and the true point of beginning
thence S 87°§4'15" E 192.18 feet to a point on said
North R/W line; thence N 03°05'45'' E 50.00 feet;
thence N 8~°88'20" W 1B8.58 feet; thence S Ol°§B,04"
E 50.00 feet to the said North R/W ±ine of s aid State
Highway and the tm · point of beginning,
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the petition should be granted;
now, therefore
BE IT REBOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton that said petition be heard and dete~mined on the 8th day
of October, 1~48, in the council chamber in the City Hall in
the City of Bremerton at the hour of 10:O0 o'clock A.M. md that
the city clerk give notice of the pendency of said petition and
set up a written or printed notice in three of the mos.t public
places in said city and that a like notice be set up in a con-
spicuous place on the street to be vacated.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 8th day of September,
