No. 21 Narion Avenue, Burwell Street to 6th Street Constitution Avenue, 6th Street to llth Street (extended) Charleston Avenue, 6th Street to 9th Street Wilbert Avenue, 6th Street to llth Street Summit Avenue, 9th Street to llth Street Ford Avenue, 9th Street to llth Street Burwell Street, Dora Avenue to Bertha Avenue Burwell Street, Marion Avenue to a point 205 feet West 6th Street, Dora Aveuue to Constitution Avenue 9th Street, Charlotte Avenue to Bertha Avenue 9th Street, Adelle Avenue to Wilbert Avenue llth Street, Constitution Avenue (extended)~ to Cambrian Avenue has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton. MOW, TP~REFO~, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, the 7th day of April, 1948, at lO:O0 o'clock A.M. of said day at the Council Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon said assessment rcll, and BE IT FL~THER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons who may desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in writing and file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hear- ing, by properties whose name appears upon said assessment roll, by ma~ling a not- ice thereof at least fifteen (15) days before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or reputed owuer at the address of such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on said list and sh~l] further give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at least five (5) times in the official newspaper, the last publication of which shall be at least fifteen [15) da~s prior to the date herein f~-xed for said he~ring. The above-men- tioned improvement includes construction of storm and sanitary sewers and providing for drainage, together with the doing of any and all other work in connection there- with as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job.
