Resolution #605, dedicated certain lands within the city limits
for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, it now appears after actual location and
of the street that a larger area is rqquired for street purposes;
now, therefore
BE IT RESOE~ED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that Resolution No. 608 be rescinded and that t he following lands
in Kitsap County, State of Washington, to-wit:
The Westerly portions of Lots 16 through 20,Block
"D", Oyster Bay Addition, more particularly des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of Lot 20, Olock "D" Oyster Bay Addition,
~ection 15, Township 24 North, Range I East, W.
M., thence North 33°44'45" West 18~.46 feet to
the Northwest corner of Lot 16; thence South
01°17'32'' West along the West line of said Block
"D" a distm~ce of 150.05 feet to the Southwest
corner of Lot 2~; thence South 89°04,03'' East
along the South line of said ~'ot 20 a distance
of 109.?0 feet to the point of beginning. Bear-
ings and distances are based on the Washington
Coordinate System, NOrth Zone, the coordinate
of the point of beginning being N -

be and the same are hereby dedicated for street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to certify a copy of this resolution to
be correct and to file such certified copy with the County Auditor
for recording.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
