BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that in consideration of permit dated ~$. 8, 1947, whereby
Nelle Bennett, owner of the premises at 53Z Fourth Street,
has granted to the City of Bremerton permission to install guy
~res for the support of a traffic signal, which guy wires
are to be attached to the side of the building and not to the
face thereof, the City of Bremerton hereby agrees that it will
save the said Nelle Bennett, her heirs, executors and assigns,
mad her tenants, the lessees of s~id building, harmless from
any and all claims for personal injury or property d~mage
arising directly or indirectly out of the installation or
maintenance of such traffic signal.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City clerk
this~day of October, 1947.
