WHEREAS the City of Bremerton has acquired certain lands within
the limits of the City of Bremerton for street purposes, and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable to dedicate said land for said
purpo s e s,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton that the following lands situated in Kitsap County, State
of Washington, to-wit:
The South thirty feet (30') of Tracts 5, 10, 18 and 20~
Blackwell's Garden Tracts, Bremerton~ Kitsap County, State
of Washington~ and a portion of the Southeast quarter of
Southwest quarter of Section l§, Township 24 North, Range
i East, W.Mo described as follows: Beginning at a point
15 feet west of northeast corner of Southeast qi~arter of
Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 24 North Range 1
East, W.M. thence south 60.~6 feet; thence along a curve
to the left having a radium of 60.36 feet a distance of
94.80 feet to the north line of the Southeast quarter of
Southwest quarter; thence east 60.36 feet to point of beginning,
be and the saxae are hereby dedicated for street purposes.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by
Chief Deputy
