WHEREAS the City of Bremerton previously acquired certain
lands within the City of Bremerton at the intersection of Adelle
and Sixth Streets for street purposes, and
WHEREAS it now appears that only a portion of said lands
sho~,ld be so occupied~
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun.~i of the
City of Bremerton that the following lands in Kitsap~unty~
State of Washington~ to-wit:
Beginning at a point 30 feet nor~ of the northeast
co~ner of the southeast quarter so'hthwest qua~.¥~
Section 15~ Township 24N, Range 1E, W.M.; thence
along a curve to the right having a radiu~ of ll0
feet a distance of 172.78 feet to the east margin
of Adelle Avenue; then6e south along said east
margin ll0 feet; thence east ll0 feet to point of
beginning.
be and the same are hereby dedicated for street purposes.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 27th
day of August~ 19~.
