~ER~AS, on or about the 15th d~y of February, 1946, a concrete
mixer truck owned by Kenyon ~[aterials Company, damaged a street
lighting standard, the property of the city of Bremerton; ~d
~.~HE~]AS the damage has now been repaired at a cost of ~7.57
to the satisfaction of the city and the superintendent of the
Street Depa~ment;
NO,'~ T-I.EREPORE BE IT ~Q 11][', , ~ LV ~9 by the cit? council 'that the Mayor
and City Clerk be authorized an~ directed to exe~te a release of
all cla~s against the Kenyo~ Materials Corapany'for or on account
of d~age to the street 1.::~ting st~dard which occurred on the
date hereinabove mentioned.
PASSED by the City Co~cil, si~ed by the yayor ~d attestsd
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 6th day
of August, 1947.
