making certain transfers, and
WHEREAS an error was made in the appropriation to which
such funds were transferred,
THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that said Resolution No. $94 be
an~ it hereby is rescinded, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) be transferred from the "Park and Playfield Buildings
and Improvements and L.I.D. Assessments" to "Stands and P.A.
Booth" under Capital Outlay in the Park - Warren and Nanette
Playfields and School Field Budget.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in Authentication of such passage
this 23rd day of July, 1947.
