,~HEREAS, the budget for the Street Department for the cal-
endar year contains an appropriation under Capital Outlay for
the widening of Pift~ Street and also hr other capital ac-
quisitions ~d assessments; md
~ER~iAS it is now contemplated that the entire appropria-
tion for widenin~ of Fifth Street will not be used, and it ap-
pears that the appropriation for other capital acquisitions and
assessments has been depleted;
NO~ T~REFOR)~ BE IT ?ESOLVED by the City Council of the Oity
of Bremerton that there be transferred in the budget for ~e
~treet Department ~der Capital Outlay the sum of ~,000o00
