of ~1500.00 for construction of a retaining wall at Warren
Avenue playfield; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the actual cost of
said wall is in the sum of $2801.00, plus tax, which sum is
in excess of the appropriation previously made;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Breme~ton
that there be transferred from item in the budget described as
"Park and ~layfield Buildings and Improvements and L.I.D. Assess-
ments" to" Retaining Wall - Warren Avenue"~ said transfer to be
made in the "Park General - Capital Outlay" budget.
Passed by the City Council, signed by the ~£ayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 18th
day of June, 1947.
