WHER~S the Civil Service Assembly of the United States and
Canada is a non-profit association providing assistance and ser-
vices to Civil Service agencies that they, in turn, may serve
their own ~vernmental jurisdiction more effectively and econom-
ically; and
W~EAS the City of Bremerton does not have adequate provi-
sion in its 1947 budget for the pa~ent of the ~nual service
fee Ar membership in said association, but there is p~vision
only for pa~ent of a membership fee of $50.00;
BE IT RESOLV~D by the City Co~cil of the 0ity of Bremerton
that there be tr~sferrsd from "Miscellaneous" in its budget
to "Membership C.S.A.~ the sm of $50.00.
Passed by the City Co~cil, signed by the Mayor ~d attested
by the City Clerk in authentication bf such passage this 18th
d~ of June, 1947.
