Bremerton that in consideration of permit dated May 15,1947,
whereby M-rote Leafy, owner of the premises ~mown as the
Leafy Hotel, at ~0 &th Street, Bremerton,Washington, has granted
to the City of Bremerton permission to install guy wires for the
support of a traffic sign~!:, which guy wires are to be attached
to the side of the Leafy Hotel building ~nd not to the face thereof,
the City of Bremerton hereby agrees that it will save the said
M~mte Leafy, her heirs, executors and assigns, ~n~ her tenants,
the lessees of said building, harmless from any and all claims
for personal injury or property damage arising directly or
indirectly out of the installation or maintenance cf such traffic
signal.
PASSED unanimously by the City Conncil of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk,
