Nipsic Avenue between East Ninth Street a~d East Eleventh Street
has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
V01.7, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesdmy, the llth day
of June, 19h? at 11~00 o'eleek A.i'!. of s:' id day at the Council
Cha:ubers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the sa'ne
is hereby fi~xed as the time and place for the hearing uoon said
assess'nent roll'~ and,
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said
hearing to all persons who D~ay desire to object to such assesment
roll to make such objections in writing and file the sane with the
City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the different
properties whose name aopears upon said assessment roll, by mailing
a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days before the date herein
set for such hearin£: to such owner or reputed owner at the address
of such o?vner as shm~n on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for
tho prooerty, describe~, on~ said list &nd shall further, give notice of
such hearinE by publishing such notice at least five (~) times in
the official newsoaper, the last publication of which shall be at
least fifteen (15I days prior to the date herein fixed for said
hearing. The above-mentioned improve~uents include
clearing, grading for, and construction of ~ f~. concrete sidewalks, concrete
curbs and gutters, and providing for drainage,
to£'ethor with the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith.
Passed by the City Council, signed by the !'~ayor and attested by
the City Clerk in authenticetion of such passage this 13th day
