has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.

is hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing uvon said.

BE i?? FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said
hearing to all persons who ~:%ay desire to object to such assesment
roll to make such objections in writing and file the sa?~e with the
City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by
written notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the different
prooerties whose nea~.e avpears upon said assessment roll, by mailing
a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) .days before the date herein
set for such hearing to such owner or reputed owner at the address
of such ov..'ner as sh~n on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for
the property described on said list mud shall further give notice of
such hearin~ by publishing such notice at least five (5) times in
the official newscaster, the last oublication of which shall be at
least fifteen (!5i days orior to tho date herein fixed for said
hearings. The above-mentioned i'nprovements include
clearing, grading for, and construction of 5 ft. concrete sidewalks, concrete
curbs and gutters, and providing for drai~-se~
tel'other with the doing of any and all otDer work in connection
therewith.
Passed by the City Council, signed by the Hayer and attested by
the City Clerk in authentication of such passa~[o this 13%h day
of ~ 1947,
