is not sufficient to complete said wall; and
2~'X]~AS, there is included in the 1967 budget an appropria-
tion for the improvement of Fifth Street and it is now contem-
plated t~at this app~opriation will not be expended; and
'J~REAS, both appropriations are clas~;ifie& as street im-
provements and are to be expended by the Street Department of
the City;
NOJ THE~E~0~iE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of ~sremerton that the s~ of Five Thousand Dollars (~5,000.00)
be transferred from the appropriation for improvement of Fifth
Street, to ~d be included with the appropriation of Twenty-five
i~housand Dollars (~,~3,000.00) for a retaining wall on Shore
Dr~ve, and that the City Clerk be directed to issue warrants
upon the street fund in the total s~ of T~irty Thousand
Dollars (~['50~00.00) in pa~ent of the cost of eonst~cting such
wall upon presentatiox to and ap~croval by the City.Council of
vouchers therefor in proper form.
