BE IT RESOLVED, by ~e City Council of the C~ty of Bremerton
that the City Clerk is authorized and directed to have prepared
the necessary apparatus and equipment so ths~t the facsimile sig-
natures of Mayor L0 "Hum" Kean and City Clerk Fred C. ~yckoff may
be impressed upon warrants of the City of Bremerton, and that
such apparatus and equipment shall be~kept under the sole juris-
diction and care of the City Clerk, and that when warrants, checks,
bonds or other evidences of indebtedness of the City of Bremerton
shall have been impressed with the facsimile signatures of the said
Mayor ~d s~d City Clerk, the City Treasurer shall be and he is
hereby authorized, beginning as of February l, 194~, to honor and
pay such w~rants or other evidences of indebtedness.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an impression of facsimile sig-
natures to be issued under the jurisdiction of the City Clerk,
pursuant to this resolution, shall be impressed on the original
of this resolution and that impressions of said facsimile sig-
natures, together with certified copy of this resolution, sh~l
be delivered to the City Treas~er Md to all b~king institutions
with which ~e City of Bremerton is doing business.
BE IT FURTHER ~ESOL~D that Resolution No. 82~, adopted by
the City Council on July 24, 19~6, be ~d the same is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the M~or, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage, this 5th day of February, 19~7.
