heretofore foreclosed its lien for general taxes upon the
following Real Estate in said County to-wit:
That portion of L~ta 8 and 9 in Block 6, Warren ~mith's
Acre Tracts in Government Lot 3, Section 14 Township 24 North
Hange 1 East, W,M. described as follows: Beginning at intersec-
tion of South llne of 16th St. and center llne of Warren Avenue;
thence West along the South line of 16th St. for a distance of
472.1§ feet to true point of beginning; thence West along the
South line of 16th St. for a distance of 161.63 feet more or
less to a point 15 feet East of the West line of let 8~ thence
South and parallel to the West llne of lots $ and 9 of s~id
Block 6 for a distance of 244.16 fe~ to a point 15 feet East
of the West line and 10 feet North of the South ifne of said
L~t 9, Block 6 of '~/arren Smithts Acre Tracts, thence ~ast and
parallel to the South line of 16th St. for a distance of 161.6~'
thence North and parallel to the East line of Chester A~ue
for a distance of 244.16 feet to the true point of beginning;
situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
The said property was sold to Kiteap County upon such
· foreclosure, and
~EREAS, at the time of said sale there were delinquent
LoCal Improvement District Assessments age:net said property,
levied by the City of Bremerton, and the 'City of Bremerton did
pay to Kitsap County the taxes due thereon, a~ by law provided,
and now has a ~reasurer's Deed for said property, and the City
of Bremerton desires to sell said property to pay said taxes and
delinquent assessments, and
W~EREAS, Brewer:on School District, IO0-C has applied to
the United States of America, leases of s aid premises for the
purchase of certain improvements u:~on said premises belonging to
said Lessee, and said application has been approved, and

?~F~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton did on
the 29th day of January, 1947, adopt a Resolution, a true and
correct copy of which is attached hereto, authorizing the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute and deliver to Bremerton School Dis-
trict IO0-C, deed for the premises hereinafter described, and
'~'HEREAS, said School District has jaid to the City of Brem-
erton the sum of $55?5.00 in consideration of this cor~veyance;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in fur-
ther consideration of the payment of said sum, the City of Brem-
erton, a municipal corporation of the State of ~'~ashington, does
hereby convey and warrant to Bremerton School District IO0-C, 'the

made by the City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, to the
United States of America and further subject to the interest of
said lessee in and to any of the improvements upon said leasee
