of the following real estate in Kitsap Co~ty, State of Washington,
to-wit: West 15 feet of Lots 8, 9 Md 10, Block 6, Warren Smith's
Acre Tracts; and
~r~EREAS, said premises are not required for the use of the
City of Bremerton but will, if dedicated for street purposes, im-
prove the condition of the adjoining street md such dedication
is desirable;
NOW T~REFORE, be it resolved by the City Co~cil of the
City of Bremerton that said strip of l~d be dedicated Ar the
use of the public as a street ~d ~at the Na~r and Clerk be
authorized to execute a~rmal dedication of said premises.
PASS~ by the City Council, si~ed by the N~or and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of said passage this ~9th day of
January, 19~7.
The City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation of the first
class, pursuant to Resolution No. ~-JZ, adopted by the City Council
of Bremerton on the ~th day of Jaauary, 1949, a true and correct
copy of which is attached hereto, hereby dedicates for the use of
the public as a street the following real estate in Kitsap County,
State of V~ashington: the west 15 feet of Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block
6, '~arren Smith's Acre Tracts.

On this 29 th day of January 1947, before me personally
appeared L. "HUM" KEAN and E. JENNINGS BEARD, to me known to
be the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton, the Cor-
poration that executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged
said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of
said Corporation for the use and purpose therein mentioned and
both of them stated that they were ~thorized to execute said
instrument, aud that the Seal affixed is the corporate seal of
said Corporation.
