have been maintained as a garbage fill by agreement between the City of
Bremerton and the Bremerton Housing Authority, dated August 2, 1944, and
the Health Department has required that certain work be done in connection
with said fill, if said fill is to be extended, amd
WHEHEAS, the City of Bremerton desires to maintain said fill and
expend whatever sum is required for that purpose, and the Bremerton
Housimg Authority has ma~-talned said fill at a cost of $1181.23, and
such expenditure is reasonable, now therefore,
B~ IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk issue a warrant on the sanitation
fu~ for dump maintenance in the sum of $1181.23~ payable to the Bremerton
Ho~sing Authority~ in consideration of the extensiom of said fill and
sewer and that the City Treasurer pay such Warrant upon presentation.
PASSED by the City Coumcil of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication thereof,
this 8th day of January t947e
