foreclosed its lien for general taxes upon t~e following Real Estate in
saia County to-wit:
That portion of Lots 8 and 9 in Block 6, Warren Smith' s Acre
Tracts in Government Lot 3, Section 14 TownStutp 24 North P~nge
1 East, W.M. described as follows: Beginning at intersection
of South line of 16th Street aha center line of Warren Avenue;
thence West along the South Line of 16th Street for a distance
of 486~74 feet to true point of beginning; thence West along
the South line of 16th Street for a distance of 161.50 feet
more or less to East line of Chester Avenue; thence South along
the East line of Chester Avenue for a distance of 254.16 feet
to the South line of Lot 9, Block 6, s~id Warren Smith' s Acre
Tracts; thence East along said South line of Lot 9 for a dis-
tance of 161.50 feet; thence Nor%h parallel to East line of
Chester Avenue for a distance of 254.16 feet to true point of
beginning; situate in Kitsap County, Washingtone
The said property was sold to Kitsap County upon such foreclosure, 8nd
~HEREAS, at the time of said sale there were delinquent Local
Improvement District Assessments against saia property, levied by the City
of Br~merton, and the City of Bremerton did pay to Kitsap County the taxes
due thereon, as by law provided, and now has a Treasurer' s Deed for said
property, and the City of Bremerton desires to sell said property to pay
said taxes and delinquent assessments, and
~rH~REAS, Bremerton School District, IO0-C has applied to t~e United
States of America, leasee of said premises for the purchase of certain
improvements upon said premises belonging to said Leasee, and said application
has been approved, and
WHERF4S, said Real Property is of the reasonable value of $3575.00
and the Corem/ssioners of the City of Bremerton deem it desirable to sell said
property for said
NOW THEREFCHE, be it resolved by the City Council that the City of
Bremerton do sell to Bremerton School District iO0-C the premises above
descriOed and the Mayor and City Clerk be and t~ey are hereby authorized to
execute and deliver a Deed in proper form to said School District upon payment
to the City of Bremerton of $3575.00.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the ~ayor and attested by the
