City of Bremerton a petition to vacate the alley in Block 1,
~anette Improvement and Development Company's First Addition to
Decatur, as per Plat thereof recorded in Volume 3 of Plats,
page 2~, records of Kitsap County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Alley adjacent to and abutting Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of
the above-described plat be vacated; and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable that the petition be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
said petition be heard and determined on the 4th day of January,
1950, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of
Bremerton, and that the Clerk give notice of such petition and
post a written or printed notice in three of the most public
places in the City of Bremerton, and that a copy of said notice
be posted in a conspicuous place on the alley to be vacated;
PASSED and approved by a majority of the City Council of
the City of Bremerton, signed by the Acting Mayor and attested
by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of,
December, 1949.
