Wt~REAS, the Honorable James W. Car r did for many years
render the best of public service to the City of Bremertcn; and
~EREAS, the said James W. Cart died on the 7th day of 0ctober~
1949, having attained the age of 97 years; and
V~EP~AS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton deems it
desirable to recognize officially the long continued and honorable
service of the said James ~. Cart; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that an e~pression of sympathy be extended the members of the
family; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOE~ED that a copy of this resolution be sent
to the family and be spread upon the minutes of this meeting.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the ~ or and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this lEth day of October, 1949.
