City of Bremerton ape tition to vacate the alley in Block 12,
Decatur, more particularly described as follows to-wit:
Alley adjacent to andabutttng Lots l, 2,
3, 4 and 12, Block 12, Decatur, according
to the plat thereof
be vacated; and
WHEREAS it appears desirable that the petition be granted;
NOW,TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOI~ED by the City Council that said
petition be heard and detez~mined on the 2nd day of November, 1949,
in the council chamber in the City Hall in the City of Bremerton;
and that the City Clerk give notice of the pendency of s aid peti-
tion and set up a written or printed notice in three of the most
public places in said city and that a like notice be set up in a
conspicuous place on the alley to be vacated.
PASSED and approved unanimously by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor mud attested by the Clerk
in authentication of such passage this~day of October, 1949.
