~ there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Bremerton
the fourth and final report of ~m. P. Harper & Son & Company of the sewer project
in connection with sewage treatment;
NO~, THEEEF~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City Council
accept the forth and final report of Wm. Po Harper & Son & Company deeming it
to be a full and complete disclosure of the details of the proposed financing
plan, and that a copy of this report be sent to each potential bond buyer who
requests statistical information on the bonds to be sold; and
BE IT FUE~HEE RE~OLVED that the City Clerk and Purchasing Agent be instructed
to publish the Notice of Bond ~ale in the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce and
the Bremerton Sun.
PASSI~D by the City Council of the City of Bremerton~ siEned by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 3d day of October,
1949.
