WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 239 ,
providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of
Eleventh 5~reet between Olympie Avenue and P~t-~er Avenue
has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.

hereby fixed as the time and place fo~.~,the hearing upon said assessment roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ci. tY Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to gi~'::~6ti~ o~ the t~e and i~lace of sai~ ~aring to all persons
who may desire to object ~o such asses~memt'I r011 to make such objections in
writing and file the:samel with the City Clerklat Or prior to the date fixed for
such hearing, by properties whose name app~ uPon said assessment roll, by
mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days before the date herein set
for such hearing to such ovmer or reputed c~vner at the address of such owner as
shown on the tax rolls of the County Treas .~rer for the property described on
said list and shall Further give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice
at least five (5) times in the official newspaper, the last publication of which
shall be at least fifteen (15) days prior tothe date herein fixed for said
hearing. The above-mentioned improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading
for and construction of 5 ft. concrete sidew~l~*, concrete curbs and gutters and
providing for drainage,
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
Passed by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 2.4th day of
19 49 .
