longer needed b2 the cit2 for any m~icipal purpose; ~d
?~, ~e Cit2 Clerk has on Dec~ber 2~, 1946, Au~st
21, ~94~ ~d on ~ril 29, 1949, called for bids for said real
property ~d no satisfacto~ bid has been received except one
made by ~eo. B. Hilstad in the s~ of Two Thous~d Five H~dred
and Fifty (~2S50.00) Dollars; now,~e~fore
BE IT ~S0L~ b2 the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton
that the following real p~perty in Kitsap Co~t2, sta~e of
Washington, to-wit:
Lots 4 ~d 5, Block 4; ~s 4 ~d 5, Block ~;
Lots ~, 2 ~d 7, BlocX 7; Lots 1 ~d 2, Block
9; ~t 3, Block 10, Nay2 yard Addition to
Tracyton; and the ~ of ~e ~ of Section 2,
To,ship 24 North, Ra~e 1, ~
be sold to Theo. B. Htlstad, hushed of Isabell Hilstad,for the
s~ of $2850.00, payable as follows:
$1000.00 in cash upon execution of a con~ract for the
sale of said real estate ~d ~.00 or more monthly
thereafter, pl~ interest at the rate of 6% per a~
on ~paid bal~ces of the pu~hase p~ce.
BE IT ~RT~ ~SOL~ that the Mayor ~d City Clerk be
authorized to execute a contract fo~ ~e sale of said real
ta~e ~d a deed fo~ said premises such contract ~d deed to be
in fo~ ~proved by the 0i~2
BE IT ~ RES~ that a duplicate o~ginal of said
contract be delivered to the said ~eo. B. Hilstad upon exe-
cution ~he~eof by ~he pa~tes and that a co~ of said contpact
and ~e original deed be delivered to the Ci~2 T~eas~e~ in
escrow and that he be ~Athorized to deliver said deed to the
grantees upon payment of the full purchase price.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by ~he Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
