?~REAS, the assessment roll for Local Improve..ment District No. 238 ,
providing for the assessment to pay the Lmprovement of
?~ipsic Avenue between E. 13th Street and E. 16th Street
has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesda~ the 23rd . day of
February, 19h9 . at 10:O0 o'clock A.H. of said day at
the Council Chmmbers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the same is
hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon said assessment roll and,
BE IT ~RTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to qive notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons
who may desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in
writing and file the same vdth the City Clerk at or prior tothe date fixed for
such hearing, by properties whose name apoears upon said assessment roll, by
mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (1~) days before the date herein set
for such hearing to such ovmer or reputed o~mer at the address of such o~mer as
shoYm on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on
said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice
at least five (~) times in the official newspaper~ the last publication of which
shall be at least fifteen (1~) days prior to the ~ate herein fixed for said
hearing. The above-mentioned improvements include,,·
const~ticn of a sanitary sewer~
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection therev~lth.
Passed by the City Counci!~ signed by the ~.ayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of Janua~,r ,
