has been filed vrith the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NO;~, T~REFORE, be it resolved that Wednesday, the 16th day of
February. 194~ at 10:~ o'cloGk A.~,~. of said day at
the Council Chmmbers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the same is
hereby fixed as the time and place for the hearing upon said assessment roll and,
BE IT ?JRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to 2ive. notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons
who may desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in
writing and file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to tho date fixed for
such hearing, by properties whose n~me appears upon said assessment roll, by
mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (1~) days before the date herein set
for such hearing to such ovmer or reputed ovmer at the address of such ovmer as
sho~wa on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on
said list and shall further give notice of such hearing bY publishing such notice
at least five (~) times in the official ne':rspaper~ the last publication of ~,zhich
shall be at least fifteen (!~) days prior to the date herein fixed for said
hearing. The above-mentioned improvements include
clearing, grubbing, grading for and construction of ~' concrete sidewalks,
concrete curbs and gutters and providing for drainage,
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection therev~ith.
