C.erk is authorized and directed to have prepared the necessary apparatus and

such apparatus and eqsipment shall be kept ~der the sole j~isdiction ~d c~e
of the City Clerk~ ~d that when warrants~ checks~ bonds or other evidences of ~-
debtedness of the City of Bremerton shailhave been ~pressed v~th the facsimile
si hat,es of t~e s~d I:~ayor a~ said City Clerk~ ~e City Treas~er shall be ~d
he is hereby authorized~ beginning as of January 3~ 19h9~ to honor a~ pay such
w~rants or other evidences of indebtedness~

u~er the jurisdiction of the City Clerk~ pursuant to this resolution~ sh~l be
~m}ressed on the ori~inal of this resolution and that ~npressions of said facsimile
signa%~es~ together with certifie~ copy of this resolution~ sh~l be delivered
to the CJ.ty Treas~er and to ell b~king iustitutions ~ which the City of Bremerton
is doing business~
