at the City ~ll of the City of Bremerton be ~d the s~ne is hereby fixed
as the time and place of the hear~g upon said assessment roll; and,
BE IT i'~UHT!~ id]SOLI~D that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized ~d directed to give notice of the t~e and place of said hearing
to all persons who may desire to object to such assessment roll to make such
objections in vwiting ~d file the s~e ~th the City Clerk at or prior to
the date f~ed for such he~ing~ by ~itten notice to the ovmer or the
reputed m~er of the different properties whose n~e appe~s upon said
assessment roll~ by maili~ a notice thereof at least fifteen (l~) days
before the date herein set for such he~ing to such ~m~em or reputed ovmer
at the address of such ovmer as sh~ on the t~ rolls of the Co~mty
Treas~er for the property described on said list and shall f~ther give
notice of such hearing by publis~ng such notice at least five (~) times in
the official nev~paper, the last publication of which shall be at least
fifteen (l~) days prior to the date herein fixed for said hearing. The
above-mentioned improvements included the clearing~ gradi~ for, and
