WHEreAS, heretofore, ~, on or about the 5th day of April,
1950, ~he City of Bremerton entered into a purchase agreement with
the DUNCAN PARKING ~TER CORPORATION for the supplying of 575 or
more rehabilitated Miller Parking Meters and accepted under said
contract delivery of a number of said parking meters, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton,~ requiring additional parking
meters, ordered an additional 20 ~ill~r Parking Y~eters upon the basis
of the price set forth in the contract ~ated April 5, 1950, and
WHEREAS, the DUNCAN PARKING ~TER CORPORATION furnished 20
meter heads to the City of Bremerton, Washington, which have been
installed and are now in operation upon the streets of the City of
Bremerton, and
WHEREAS, a question arose as to the price of said 20 meters
and the ~UNCAN PARKING ~TER CORPORATION having advised the City
of Bremerton that they have no further rehabilitated meter heads
for sale and that the meter heads furnished are new,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Bremerton
accept the 20 ~ller Parking ~v~eter heads and t o pay to DUNCAN
P~KING ~TER CORPORATION the sum of ~1,166.07 in full payment
thereof including truck charge of ~11.07.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Brmmerto~ signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 22nd day of November, 1950.
