special benefits it will derive from the improvement without regard to the
zone and termini method, amd in accordance with the provisions of Section
9365 of Remington'~ Revised Statutes of the State of Washington, the
remainder of said cost of the improvement to be paid for by arrangement, if
any, with either the State of Washington or other governmental agency.
~ection 5. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give
notice~ of the date of such hearing to each o~er or reputed o~.uer of amy
and all lots, tracts, or parcels of land or other property specially
benefited by the improvement, by mailing to the owner or reputed owner of the
property as shown on the tax rolla of the County Treasurer, at the address
shv.z~ thereon, a notice setting forth the nature of the proposed improvements
the total estimated cost and the estimated benefits to the particu~l~r lot,
tract, or parcel, and the date of the hearing before the City Council at
least 15 days before the date fixed herein for such hearing.
Section 6. That Wednesday, the llth day of October, 1950, at 11:00
A.M.,P.S.T., of said day be and the s~e is hereby fixed as the date of
hearing protest against said improvements by any persons interested
therein; and the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to
publish a copy of this resolution in the official new~paper of said city
f~r at least two successive issues, the first issue to be at least 15 day~
prior to the date herein fixed f~r said heart-E, a~i said publication,
together with the mailing of the notices hereinabove provided to the owners
or reputed owners of the lots and parcels of l~_ud included in such improvement
as herei~bove set forth, s~11 be due and legal notice to all concerned
in said proposed improvements.
PASSED by the city council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 2Oth day of September, 1950.
