RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery o£ a contract with Puget
Sound Power & Light Company ~or furnishing Municipal Pumping Powep.
W~HEREAS, Puget Bound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a per-
iod of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of
contract, to-wit~ Lift Station No. 8 of the sewage disposal system located at
Charleston Beach and the south end of Oharlotte Avenue if extended to the high-
waye (See files for actual contract.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton
that a contract be entered into with Puget Bound Power & Light Company for the
X'urnishing of Municipal Pumping Power upon the terms above propose~, and that
the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such
contract on behalf and in the name of the City, an~ the Clerk be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to attest such contract ant to affix thereto the seal of
the City of Bremerton.
